F600 Challenge: SPS Upgrades Sponsorship for the Expanded 2018 Season

Postby Jim Murphy » Mon Jan 29, 2018 5:18 pm

Solo Performance Specialties (SPS) has renewed as a Contingency Sponsor of the 2018 Formula 600 Challenge Series with a New Offering

Solo Performance Specialties (SPS) is a leading supplier of graphics and racing equipment to racers, track day and autocross participants across the country. We combine great service with a unique product lineup for all of your racing needs. Please visit our website at http://www.soloperformance.com

SPS will award gift certificates in a new way as follows:

Regular Races
In order “to spread the wealth around”, the highest finisher in each race who has NOT won the SPS gift certificate of $200 will be awarded the certificate, thus there will be thirteen different winners.

The Series Points Championship will go deeper:

Series Championship
1st Place = $200
2nd Place = $170
3rd Place = $140
4th Place = $110
5th Place = $80
6th Place = $60
7th Place = $40

Competitors must run SPS decals on both sides of the car in a visible location. Decals are available for free at - /www.soloperformance.com/contingencydecals . We require a photo of the car with the decals in place, preferably on track. Awards must be claimed by contacting SPS at 877-614-7656 or sales@soloperformance.com .

We thank SPS for joining our sponsor family.

The Formula 600 Challenge Series was developed to help promote an affordable open wheel formula car to showcase talent without large financial race budgets. 100% of the sponsorship money and products go to the drivers. The Formula 600 open wheel cars use a 600cc motorcycle engine and a 6 speed sequential transmission revving up to 15,000 rpm with speeds in excess of 140 mph. The sound of these cars is likened to a F1 car.
